Challenge: BuzzWord created Hyatt’s 2013-2014 report, helping the company migrate to GRI G4 reporting and present its updated 2020 Environmental Sustainability vision. In its interim reporting year, Hyatt wanted a simple yet engaging approach to updating stakeholders, including employees, on its corporate responsibility journey and key 2014 milestones.
BuzzWord Solution: BuzzWord partnered with frequent design partner Flag to deliver a scorecard with visual elements. It focused on Hyatt’s most important accomplishments in 2014, including progress against its 2020 Environmental Sustainability vision. We also assisted Hyatt in refreshing its corporate responsibility webpages, Thrive.Hyatt.com.
